HELD ONLINE
THROUGHOUT MARYLAND, NEW YORK, AND VERMONT
You might look fine on the outside - but inside feels like a constant battle.
Nothing seems to help.
You’re exhausted from overthinking and replaying painful memories on a loop.
You struggle with anxiety, depression, or shame that seems rooted in something deeper.
You’ve been through trauma—recent or long ago—and talking about it hasn’t made it go away.
You feel stuck in your healing journey and don’t know how to move forward.
You avoid certain people, places, or memories because they feel too overwhelming to face.
You want to stop living in survival mode.
You want to move on with your life.
EMDR therapy is for people who are ready to stop managing their pain and start truly healing it.
Time for a different approach.
What is EMDR, and why does it work?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a type of therapy that helps your brain heal from painful experiences so they don’t keep feeling so raw or overwhelming. Instead of getting stuck in the past, your brain gets a chance to file those memories away in a safer, more manageable way.
During EMDR, your therapist will guide you to briefly think about a difficult memory while you follow a back-and-forth movement with your eyes, experience gentle tapping, or listen to a soft sound in one ear and then the other. This helps your brain "digest" the memory, without having to talk through every detail or get flooded with emotion.
It’s not your typical talk therapy—it’s a powerful tool for helping your nervous system truly process trauma.
EMDR has been backed by decades of research and is recommended by major mental health organizations as one of the most effective ways to treat trauma and PTSD, as well as many other challenges.

What if the past didn’t control your present anymore?
What if the things that used to send you into a spiral—certain places, conversations, memories—no longer had that power over you?
That’s the kind of transformation EMDR can support.
With EMDR, you might start to notice:
You’re no longer triggered by things that once overwhelmed you—your body feels calmer, and you can stay present.
You respond, instead of react. The same situations don’t knock you off course the way they used to.
You feel more connected in your relationships, with healthier boundaries and more emotional safety.
You sleep better, feel less anxious, and have more energy to focus on what matters to you.
You stop repeating the same painful patterns, because the root of those patterns has finally been addressed.
You believe different things about yourself— like I’m safe, I’m enough, or I deserve love—and those beliefs feel true, not forced.
Whether your goals are emotional, relational, or even physical—like reducing chronic stress or tension—EMDR helps create the space for healing at the source.
your future is waiting.
Find freedom from the pain of the past.
