An 8-Week Journey of Connection and Strength

In an era of political uncertainty and systemic challenges, staying grounded can feel like a radical act. If you’ve been feeling the weight of the world, experiencing "activism fatigue," or simply searching for a space where your identity isn’t just understood but celebrated, you belong here.

The Queer Resilience and Collective Care Circle is a dedicated 8-week therapeutic group designed to help queer folx move from a state of survival to a state of collective thriving.

Why This Group?

We know that "self-care" isn't always enough to combat chronic, systemic stress. This circle moves beyond the individual, focusing on collective care—the idea that we are stronger, more resilient, and more joyful when we are connected.

What We Will Explore Together:

  • Community as Medicine: Strengthen your sense of belonging and build authentic connections with others who "get it."

  • Sustainability & Boundaries: Learn practical tools to stay engaged with the world without falling into burnout or despair.

  • Emotional Fortitude: Cultivate "glimmers" and positive emotions to act as a neurological buffer against chronic stress.

  • Navigating Political Stress: Process the impact of today’s climate in a safe, brave space focused on resilience rather than just reaction.

  • Sharing & Growth: A non-judgmental environment to share your story and witness others, fostering mutual healing.

"Joy is a form of resistance."

This group is more than just a processing space;

it is a community-building hub where we reclaim our agency and our peace, together.
